PEEK Component Manufacture

Algram has many years experience in manufacturing components manufactured in PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), both filled and un-filled, which is a high performance engineering polymer used for the Medical and Aerospace sectors.

This raw material is widely used in aerospace where chemical / heat resistance is a requirement of the specification and the medical sector where high temperature resistance is required for sterilisation process.

Algram has worked very closely with its customers and Victrx during the initial development / design stages where a PEEK component is required and has offered design input to ensure components can be manufactured in conjunction with the product specification and parts can be processed on a repeatable basis with regards to quality and drawing specification.
